Si Xia ay isang dalawang taong gulang na bata na isinilang na may Congenital Heart Disease. Gustuhin man siyang maipagamot ng kanyang magulang ay hindi nito kaya dahil sa kahirapan. Nakatira man sa Dulag, Leyte ay may darating na tulong kay Xia mula pa mismo sa South Korea.

Ito ay ang pagpapatuloy ng dokumentaryo ni Kara David tungkol sa grupong tinatawag na Kkottongnae na tumutulong sa mga maralita ng bansang South Korea at maging sa mga karatig na bansa.
