The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, July 21, that /”Carina/” has intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm (STS) while remaining almost stationary near Casiguran, Aurora.
In a 11 p.m. weather update, PAGASA has raised Signal No. 1 for the northeastern part of Cagayan province, specifically the municipality of Santa Ana.
